Managed Hunts

Managed hunts, with safety a top concern defines the Bearss Den Deer Farm and our service, All of our hunts are designed to allow clients maximum time a-field to increase their chances at tagging a trophy. To ensure a quality hunting experience our staff is always at your service. All hunts are fully guided. Guides are all experienced hunters who have a very good understanding of the property and the caliber of deer you will be hunting. Each guide takes a personal interest in your hunting goals and wants to be part of your successful hunt.

Deer hunting begins at the Bearss Den on September 15 and ends December 31. The ranch is open 7 days a week, All hunts are bucks only with the weapon of your choice…rifle, black powder ,pistol, or crossbow. Sorry, but we no longer allow archery. You will be hunting scrape lines, food plots, and well used travel routes,

  • We offer an exciting 3 day hunt package with one and two day hunts available for those with limited time.
  • One on one guided hunts.
  • Comfortable and heated four to five person log cabin blinds,
  • Tower stands overlooking food plots.
  • There are 2 1/2 miles of fence surrounding the farm, with open fields and heavy cover
  • Boone and Crockett green scoring of your trophy buck
  • Firing range available on premises, 25, 50 and 100 yard shooting distance for sighting your firearm upon arrival
  • R.V. Hook-ups with electric and water available if you choose to stay on-site

Being state registered, no licenses are required when hunting our enclosure, Upon harvesting your trophy we will provide you with all necessary documents for transporting your game. Your animal will be field dressed by your guide but you are responsible for taxidermy and meat processing.

Reservations are available on a first come basis. It would be our pleasure to work closely with you to tailor your up-coming hunt.
